Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use")

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and participation in the 4-Week Singing Course ("Course") offered by [Jana Lombart] ("Provider") through its online platform. By purchasing the Course, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by this Agreement, which is in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  1. Course Description and Registration

  2. 1.1 The Course is designed to provide singing instruction and training over a period of four weeks.

  3. 1.2 The Course content, schedule, and duration may be subject to change at the Provider's discretion.

  4. 1.3 Participants must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to enroll in the Course.

  5. 1.4 Registration for the Course is completed online through the Provider's website. The Participant must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

  6. Payment and Fees

  7. 2.1 The Participant agrees to pay the specified fee for the Course as indicated on the Provider's website at the time of registration.

  8. 2.2 Payment can be made online using the accepted payment methods provided by the Provider.

  9. 2.3 All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  10. 2.4 Payment is due in full at the time of registration. The Provider reserves the right to refuse participation in the Course if payment is not received.

  11. Course Access and Materials

  12. 3.1 Upon successful registration and payment, the Participant will receive access to the Course materials and resources through the Provider's online platform.

  13. 3.2 The Participant agrees to keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

  14. 3.3 The Course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of the Provider.

  15. Cancellation and Refunds

  16. 4.1 The Participant may cancel their enrollment in the Course by providing written notice to the Provider.

  17. 4.2 Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of registration will be eligible for a full refund.

  18. 4.3 Cancellation requests received after 48 hours of registration will not be eligible for a refund.

  19. 4.4 The Provider reserves the right to cancel the Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Participant will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

  20. Intellectual Property

  21. 5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Course, including but not limited to the content, materials, and resources, are owned by the Provider.

  22. 5.2 The Participant agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Course materials without the Provider's prior written consent.

  23. Limitation of Liability

  24. 6.1 The Participant acknowledges that the Provider is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities arising from the Participant's participation in the Course.

  25. 6.2 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant's use or inability to use the Course or its materials.

  26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  27. 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  28. 7.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

  29. Entire Agreement

  30. 8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and the Provider regarding the Course and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
